Who Is Eligible?

All of the following qualify you to be eligible for a Medicare Advantage Plan:

- Individuals, 65 years or older who are enrolled in Original Medicare, consisting of Part A and Part B, may meet the eligibility criteria for enrolling in a Medicare Advantage plan.

 

- Individuals below the age of 65 who have qualified for Medicare due to a disability.

 

- Individuals with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) have the option to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan.
